Successful training is about finding out what interests and works for you. I believe in having fun whilst working out, so I will never tell you to do it my way. We will work together to develop a workout that is best for you. I cannot tell you what to train for; but, I will help you prepare for and achieve your goals and targets to live a healthier life.

I love to train outdoors using a stripped down training method. I eschew traditional weight lifting in favour of body weight exercises (calisthenics). With this, we can train anywhere and anytime. These exercises can fit into the busiest of schedules. They are great for building strength and a healthy body, besides they also look cool to perform!

I offer pad work and boxing conditioning. They are an extension of callisthenics and use your body and strength in a functional way. Another plus, they are an amazing technique for releasing of stress after a hard day’s work.
