Matthew Loh is a fun, enthusiastic trainer. He will quickly seek out your current abilities, and find step by step ways of pushing you further to improve fitness. Matthew thinks quickly on his feet and is able to adapt his session plans or individual exercises to suit the client. By using the client's aims from the first session, he is able to give specific exercises which work on targeted muscle groups. I have been especially enjoying boxing and skipping with Matthew, and have found I am able to push myself harder when he is there to encourage me. (He will also run (almost) anywhere to train you :-P)

"Training with Matt doesn't seem like a chore. He varied up and mixed our exercise activities so that I wouldn't lose interest in one of my most hated past times. We soon figured out that I love hitting things so Matt worked boxing as part of my cardio routine. Matt also made sure we focused on my weak points like my back, so now when I sit at a chair for too long it isn't agonising! And on the plus side, I lost 7kg :) WOOHOO!"

"I was never massively into fitness and went to the gym as and when I could around my social life, but since i've trained with Matt i've done some fitness events and it's really increased my drive for keeping in good shape.
